University founded in 1636 is the oldest higher education institution in the
United States located in Cambridge, Massachusetts just outside Boston. It is
the top most reputed University devoted to excellence in teaching learning and
research which makes the students leaders in many faculties. The campus has the
area of 5076 acres which is in urban setting. It has semester based academic
calendar and has an enrollment of over 20000 candidates including
undergraduate, graduate and professional students. The application deadline to
enroll in Harvard ends in January 1st and around 6% applicants are
accepted. The University library has the oldest and the biggest private owned
collection in the United States.
